The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday that a 32-year old sweeping ban on handguns in the nation's capital violated the Second Amendment right to bear arms. The Second Amendment says, "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Congratulations DC.
