Happy New Year! I just returned from the annual holiday pilgrimage to Pittsburgh. I have LOTS and LOTS to share and will do so after I get caught up at home and the office. Highlights include a pile of new books and magazines from Santa, links to my latest articles that have gone to press, 2008 speaking engagement updates, museum trip recap, and a wonderful email from a Confederate general's ancestor.
